UPSI-BVS, the Belgian professional real estate association which represents the majority of real estate developers and investors, will once again rely on Bereal to handle its public relations in 2021. Bereal, Belgium’s largest PR agency specializing in real estate, will continue to focus on reputation management and stakeholder communication for the real estate sector next year. For several years now, Bereal’s journalistic approach has ensured that the association has a strong voice in the social debate.

Bereal has been supporting UPSI-BVS with its media relations and reputation management since 2015. It does so by focusing on strategic communication and newsworthy stories in the form of press releases, op-eds, debates, news videos, etc. UPSI-BVS has been working with Bereal since many years to make its voice, as a sectoral association, heard in both the social and the political debate. In the future Bereal, it wants to sharpen the focus on solutions that benefit both the sector and the consumer.

As a sector association, it is our responsibility to stand up for our members without losing sight of the social interest. Bereal is not only a sounding board in this respect; they also ensure that our messages reach consumers and politicians through the right channels and in a clear and relevant manner. Thanks to Bereal’s extensive expertise, media, opinion makers and other stakeholders now know where to find us when it comes to the real estate sector.

Olivier Carrette, UPSI-BVS Managing Director

It is a great pleasure and an honour for us to have so many project developers and investors – who ultimately are the people behind this sector organisation – once again put their trust in us. As a specialised PR agency, we always try to keep our finger on the pulse and brainstorm with the sector in terms of content. These are challenging times for the real estate sector, but as always, we will do everything we can to share the available insights in a relevant and effective manner.
